| 1. | A car measuring less than 42 feet in length must not be coupled to a car longer than 72 feet in length. |

Cabooses are not to be moved other than at the rear of train, except when handling a few cars in local service. |

Consideration must be given to the overall distribution of weight within the train with heavier cars placed toward the head end of train and lighter cars placed toward the rear. |
